Welcome to the CRI Sealcoating Dallas website. By accessing our site or engaging our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before requesting a quote or scheduling service.

1. SERVICES PROVIDED

CRI Sealcoating Dallas (a member of the Compass Refresh Inc. Family of Brands) provides commercial asphalt maintenance, including but not limited to:

By-Spec Two-Coat Asphalt Sealcoating

Hot-Applied Rubberized Crack Sealing

Pothole Repair (Cut-and-Patch Methodology)

Parking Lot Striping and Maintenance

2. QUOTES AND ESTIMATES

Accuracy: Estimates are based on initial inspections and information provided by the client. We provide itemized, written quotes with no hidden fees.

24-Hour Response: We strive to respond to all online quote requests within 2 hours and provide a formal response within 24 hours.

Expiration: All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated in writing.

3. SCHEDULING AND PHASED WORK

On-Time Scheduling Guarantee: We offer flexible scheduling, including nights and weekends. If we miss a confirmed service window without prior notice, a 5% credit will be applied to your invoice.

Cancellations: Please provide at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid potential mobilization fees.

4. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES (PREPARATION)

To ensure the validity of our guarantees, the client agrees to:

Clearance: Ensure the service area is clear of all vehicles, equipment, and pedestrians prior to our arrival.

Water Systems: Turn off all automated sprinkler systems 24 hours before and 24 hours after service.

Cure Time: Keep the surface closed to vehicle traffic for a minimum of 24–48 hours (as specified by the crew) following the second coat of sealer.

5. GUARANTEES AND LIMITATIONS

We stand behind our work with the following written guarantees:

Two-Coat Guarantee: We guarantee a two-coat application when included in the approved scope

60-Day Crack Sealing Guarantee: We will re-seal any cracks that reopen within 60 days at no charge, excluding instances of structural/base failure.

90-Day Pothole Repair Guarantee: We will repair any failed pothole patch within 90 days under normal traffic conditions.

Exclusions: Our guarantees do not cover damage caused by chemical spills (gasoline/oil), snowplows, structural pavement failure, or premature traffic usage before the 24-hour cure period.

6. PAYMENT TERMS

Payment Due: Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing (such as for our Church Partnership Program), payment is due upon completion of the project.

Late Fees: Outstanding balances past 30 days may be subject to interest charges.

7. INSURANCE AND LIABILITY

CRI Sealcoating Dallas maintains $2M Liability Insurance and is a BBB A+ Accredited business. We are responsible for damage resulting directly from our workmanship. We are not liable for pre-existing structural issues or damage occurring after we have vacated the site if the client fails to maintain the 24-hour closure period.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website, including text, logos, and images (such as the CRI Sealcoating Dallas branding), is the property of Compass Refresh Inc. and may not be used without express written permission.

9. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Dallas County, TX.
