My journey to founding CRI Sealcoating Dallas started far from parking lots. I have experience working in the welding and fabrication industries, as well as landscaping and even commercial fishing. I learned the same lesson from each job: that working precisely and to your own high standards is the key to success.
When I launched Compass Refresh Inc, the parent company behind CRI Sealcoating Dallas, I noticed that many of my clients' parking lots had prematurely failed sealcoating. They were rightly frustrated. They'd paid for sealcoating that didn't last, and now they were paying again for striping on pavement that was already deteriorating.
I knew we could do it better, and that's how CRI Sealcoating Dallas was born. We launched in 2024 with a simple philosophy: prep-first, by-spec, every time.
When your sealcoating lasts 3-5 years instead of 18 months, you remember who did it. That's the business I want to run.
